I appreciated the very good location, close to the square and quite easy to find but nevertheless very quite. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, we had to leave very early in the morning but they provided us with hot coffee and orange juice even if we didn't ask for that. The room was beautiful, expecially the bathroom.
The room was at ground stair, so you could hear every noise in the courtyard, particularly the TV that was there.

The staff is very friendly; in general, the place is calm; it'is five minutes from the place jemaa el fna, at the dead end of a narrow street.
Breakfast is scarce, compare to usual continental breakfast (no fruit, no eggs, no anything else); Rooms have no windows, no balcony as indicated in the description; Young people usually sit down at the door of the Riad and make noise until late in the night.
